DAVID SPIRA has served as KEW Realty Corporation’s owner, chief executive officer and chairman of the board since January 2001. David presides over the acquisition, development and renovation of the company’s properties.
In New York City, David repositioned and renovated 250,000 square foot, turn of the century office/retail buildings in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood on Broadway and 25th Street.
David earned a B.A. from Oberlin College in communications and fine art. He serves on the board of directors for Community Sailing of Colorado and is an avid sailor, winning the Buccaneer 18 North American championship in 2001. David also loves skiing Colorado’s spectacular mountainsides and heli-skiing in Canada.
