Candy Factory Coworking Announces Grand Opening in Historic Baur’s Building

As Downtown Denver continues to boom, KEW Realty announces the opening of a modern coworking space with vintage soul at 16th and Curtis.

Denver, CO – March 1, 2020 – KEW Realty Corporation (KEW Realty), a family-owned commercial real estate firm in Denver, is proud to announce the grand opening of Candy Factory Coworking – Denver’s sweetest new workspace. Located in the heart of Denver’s vibrant Theatre District, adjacent to the 16th Street Mall, Candy Factory offers small teams and solopreneurs membership options ranging from part-time floating packages to furnished offices for eight.

David Spira, CEO and President of KEW Realty, shared, “We’re excited to enter the coworking market in Denver and provide a unique work experience for our members. Our design team has worked hard to deliver an impeccably designed modern space with first-class amenities while preserving remnants of history, like exposed brick walls, timber ceilings, and metal star bolts. And we aren’t stopping with the physical environment. We are committed to fostering a creative culture, participating in the downtown Denver scene, and building a real community.”

The Candy Factory is centrally located in the historic Baur’s Building at 1512 Curtis Street, just South of the 16th Street Mall. Members enjoy spacious, flexible work areas and private offices, as well as networking, events, meeting space, and local discounts.

“For small businesses and individual professionals, the combination of a sophisticated work space, walkability, access to mass transit, and the ability to connect with the larger buzz right outside our door are invaluable,” said Jeremy Spira, Leasing Manager at KEW Realty.
